How to get to Ios
There are many ways to get to Ios. The easiest is to fly direct to Santorini and use a connecting ferry to reach Ios. It can take as little as 1 hour from Santorini depending on the type of ferry. Flights to Santorini are available from a wide selection of companies (some of which are listed below). Ferries tickets can be purchased online or at the many offices around Greece.
You can also get to Ios easily from the mainland by flying to Athens then catching one of the many ferries from Athens port (Piraeus). Again the transfer time does vary depending on the ferry.
